This role is critical in helping leadership manage and prioritize data work while building structure, clarity, and momentum as we scale our data function. You’ll partner closely with the CFO, merchant leads, and cross-functional stakeholders, gathering requirements, setting priorities, and ensuring the right initiatives are executed in the right order. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and data, this role is for you. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead requirements gathering and manage diverse stakeholder expectations ✅ Prioritize competing data initiatives from executive leadership ✅ Organize and sequence data work to maximize business impact ✅ Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business leaders ✅ Help build, mentor, and eventually lead a growing data team 🎯 What We’re Looking For ✔️ 7+ years of progressive experience in data management, data engineering, or analytics ✔️ Proven leadership coordinating data initiatives across multiple business units ✔️ Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences ✔️ Experience working with executive stakeholders and leadership teams ✔️ Retail or grocery industry experience strongly preferred 🛒 ✔️ Technical fluency with modern data platforms (Databricks, cloud data warehouses) ☁️
