LOB : Commercial Bank - RFP Irving - TX ,W2 only(Visa independent) • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Gap Analyst to support our commercial banking transformation initiatives. This role will focus on: Responsibilities • Analyzing business processes and system capabilities within the enterprise Loan IQ System. • Identifying gaps and recommending solutions to align technology with business needs. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management — or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
