Job Title: Data Management Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension up to 2 Years or conversion to Full Time) NOTE: THIS IS ON W2 Job Description: • Experience in Residential Mortgages, FNMA knowledge, Project Management, ability to communicate with strength to downstream Consumers and Upstream data providers In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may: • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. • Review and analyse complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: • 5 plus years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Additional Skills: • Jira, Agile Methodology, Confluence, SQL, Investment Banking Products Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
