Role description
Position: Data Management Analyst Location: Redwood City, CA (On-Site) Length: 12 Month Contract β€’ Please no agencies. Direct employees currently authorized to work in the United States – no sponsorship available. Job Description: Seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to support data quality, maintenance, and ongoing data operations within our Salesforce environment. This role combines hands-on data cleanup, deduplication, record merging, and data updates/inserts. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of critical business data, while helping establish scalable data hygiene practices in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: β€’ Perform data cleanup, standardization, and normalization within Salesforce β€’ Identify and resolve duplicate records using fuzzy matching techniques and tools β€’ Execute record merges while preserving data integrity and relationships β€’ Perform ongoing data updates, inserts, and maintenance activities β€’ Audit datasets to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and quality issues β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and resolve issues β€’ Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and workflows Qualifications: β€’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management (or similar CRM systems) β€’ Strong experience in data cleaning, deduplication, and record merging β€’ Experience with fuzzy matching techniques and tools (e.g., Python, data matching tools) β€’ Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation β€’ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) β€’ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience with Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader) β€’ Familiarity with data quality frameworks or data governance practices POST-OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.
