We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated Service Delivery Manager with experience in a broad set of Data Management disciplines including Policies & Standards and Incident Management and excellent client facing relationship skills. Responsibilities • Act as a representative of the Data Quality Control Executive to one or more client data domains within Risk & Finance Technology. • Engage with the Enterprise Data Management to deliver mature data tooling services to RFT business and technology partners. • Integrate into data domain business routines to provide guidance and support with internal policy requirements, audits and regulatory compliance. • Engage as a front-line provider of RFT DQCE services to client domains. Qualifications • Five+ years in Program/Project Mgmt roles. • Key experiences in Relationship Management (supporting a business partner). • Expertise in data governance/data management. Required Skills • Experience across a broad range of data management functions including: • Policies and standards. • Data incident management and driving tactical remediation. • Data strategy and driving business value through data tooling. • Records Management. • Data Quality monitoring. • Stakeholder coordination in gathering the following details from a large number of applications across all business units: • Metadata familiarity. • Business Elements. • PDE tracing and Lineage. • Data Quality controls. • Data Quality metrics.
