The Risk & Finance DQCE team within Finance Technology consists of extremely talented data managers, who develop industry leading solutions and governance. We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated Service Delivery Manager with experience in a broad set of Data Management disciplines including Policies & Standards and Incident Management and excellent client facing relationship skills.
Responsibilities
β’ Act as a representative of the Data Quality Control Executive to one or more client data domains within Risk & Finance Technology.
β’ Engage with the Enterprise Data Management to deliver mature data tooling services to RFT business and technology partners.
β’ Integrate into data domain business routines to provide guidance and support with internal policy requirements, audits and regulatory compliance.
β’ Engage as a front-line provider of RFT DQCE services to client domains.
Qualifications
β’ Five+ years in Program/Project Mgmt roles.
β’ Key experiences in Relationship Management (supporting a business partner).
β’ Expertise in data governance/data management.
Required Skills
β’ Experience across a broad range of data management functions including:
β’ Policies and standards.
β’ Data incident management and driving tactical remediation.
β’ Data strategy and driving business value through data tooling.
β’ Records Management.
β’ Data Quality monitoring.
β’ Stakeholder coordination in gathering the following details from a large number of applications across all business units:
β’ Metadata familiarity.
β’ Business Elements.
β’ PDE tracing and Lineage.
β’ Data Quality controls.
β’ Data Quality metrics.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience across a broad range of data management functions including:
