S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Job Title: Data Management Analyst (Legacy Data Platforms) Contract Length: 18+ Month contract Hybrid Work (Some on site work) Location: Charlotte, NC Pay: 70 per hr on W2 In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, and long-term Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangible or unprecedented elements. You will contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a strong understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The role requires strategic collaboration and consultation with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Enable Agile delivery by bringing maturity, standards, and best practices to the team • Facilitate Agile events including sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily standups, retrospectives, and PI planning • Partner with product owners to prioritize work and refine backlogs (L1/L2/L3) • Utilize AI capabilities in Jira ticket creation and maintenance • Maintain Jira hygiene consistently • Provide transparency to stakeholders through dashboards and reporting • Lead Agile delivery efforts for technology products Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management (or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education) • 7–10 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead for a technology product
