We are looking for you to join our team as a Data Management Analyst based out of Orlando, FL. These other locations may also be considered: Bellevue, NE., McLean, VA., or Huntsville, AL. As a Data Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Cross-Domain Handling of Releasable Data (CHORD) portfolio. CHORD is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) two-domain Cross Domain Solution (CDS). The CHORD portfolio comprises multiple contract awards and with various customers. The successful candidate will be exceptionally meticulous, collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & personal responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of seeking the best performance from everyone. Roles & Responsibilities: You will perform Data Management (DM) duties for the program. You will interface regularly with configuration management to track SDRLs through the delivery and acceptance process including subcontractor SDRLs. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent documentation formatting, coordinating peer reviews, ensuring comments are addressed, delivering SDRLs to the customer, and tracking customer comments/acceptance. You will use your experience with performing DM duties on a DoD program, a proven track record of being able to manage document deliveries, and be able to ensure consistent, high-quality documentation across the program. NGSkills Basic Qualifications: β€’ A High School diploma and a minimum of 6 years or relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree in English or related discipline (and 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years with Masters; or 0 years with PhD) may also be considered. β€’ Active DoD Secret Clearance. β€’ Demonstrated experience with MS Office Products i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint β€’ Excellent written and oral communications skills. β€’ Able to collaborate in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Expertise with MS Office Products i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with other functional teams. β€’ Ability to track multiple document deliveries simultaneously including addressing customer comments, and redelivery. β€’ Demonstrated experience in ensuring consistent, high-quality documentation β€’ Experience with creation and publication of technical documentation / collection and interpretation of technical data. Primary Level Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
