Role description
Data Management & Quantitative Analyst I We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Management & Quantitative Analyst I to join a collaborative, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity across the organization. What You’ll Do β€’ Partner with source system data owners to understand, document, and define data requirements, including scope, limitations, and relationships across datasets β€’ Analyze, query, and manipulate data in alignment with established business rules and procedures β€’ Perform root cause analysis on data issues, identifying scope, impact, and actionable remediation steps β€’ Support data quality initiatives by implementing and measuring controls and standards β€’ Assess business impact of data quality issues and recommend long-term solutions β€’ Prepare ad-hoc reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders β€’ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all deliverables β€’ Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail What We’re Looking For β€’ Strong data management and metadata analysis skills β€’ Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets β€’ Understanding of data quality frameworks, controls, and issue management processes β€’ Familiarity with logical data models and data environments, including big data applications (preferred) β€’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret policies and procedures Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (open to other disciplines with relevant skills) β€’ Experience in banking, financial services, auditing, or compliance is a plus #LI-AL1
