Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Enterprise Data practice to create and deliver innovative service offerings aligned with business use cases commonly identified by our client base. Also work to improve delivery through improved processes for completing critical practices such as data discovery, processing control, data modeling, security models, usage monitoring and alerting, and solution deployment.
• Contribute to the Advanced Analytics practice to develop and deliver service offerings related to predictive/machine-learning validation, alignment of data-management and artificial intelligence strategies, and integration of generative artificial-intelligence tools into business processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area.
• Four to six years of experience in business analysis, enterprise database development, data science or business-intelligence development. Preference to candidates with experience in all disciplines.

• Experience with version control tools such as Git for managing code and collaboration.
• Thorough grasp of the basic principles of data modeling. Understand how to structure data for analytics (star schemas, dimensional modeling basics); awareness of OLTP (normalized) vs. OLAP (denormalized) design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in connecting to various data sources, including OLE DB, ODBC, SFTP, and APIs. Possesses foundational skills in authentication, API invocation, and transforming data into structured tables.
