Role Summary: Data Architect/ Principal Data Analyst – Credit Function Level: Principal DA (7+ years) Location: McLean, VA (preferred) | Richmond, VA (acceptable) Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) Overview Seeking a hands-on Principal Data Analyst to support the Credit function, partnering with Credit Risk, Acquisition, and multiple stakeholders, including external regulators and customers. The role requires full ownership of data analysis, Tableau dashboards, and project execution. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end data analysis and deliverables • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards (internal + regulatory-facing) • Use Python and SQL for analysis, validation, quality checks, and pipeline support • Identify process gaps in credit/acquisition data and recommend solutions • Support data pipelines, including customer feedback analysis • Independently manage project tasks, stakeholder coordination, weekly status updates, and MoM documentation Must-Have Skills • Python (analysis, automation, validation) • Tableau (dashboards, data visualization, regulatory reporting) • SQL (Snowflake) • Databricks • AWS (S3) • Proven ability to own work independently and manage multiple stakeholders Preferred Skills • Spark, Databases • Google Sheets & Docs • Credit risk / acquisition / financial domain experience Ideal Candidate • 5+ years as a Data Analyst operating at Principal level • Strong hands-on technical contributor • 1+ year of project/task ownership experience • Comfortable with regulatory-facing reporting and high data quality standards
