We're seeking a Data Management Specialist to support data-driven marketing initiatives by managing customer audiences, segmentation strategies, and marketing technology platforms. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of marketing, customer data, paid media, and marketing technology, helping ensure the right audiences are targeted with the right campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in digital marketing, CRM marketing, marketing operations, audience strategy, or paid media. What You'll Do: ✅ Build and manage customer audiences for marketing campaigns ✅ Support audience activation through platforms such as Salesforce and LiveRamp ✅ Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to manage customer data flows ✅ Analyze audience performance and customer segments ✅ Support paid media targeting and campaign execution ✅ Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met ✅ Help drive AI-enabled improvements to audience management and marketing effectiveness ✅ Develop audience insights and customer personas to support business decisions What We're Looking For: ✔ 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing, Marketing Operations, Audience Strategy, Data Management, Advertising, or related fields ✔ Experience with audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and customer data management ✔ Understanding of paid media and digital advertising ✔ Strong analytical and organizational skills ✔ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ LiveRamp experience ⭐ Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Ad Studio experience ⭐ Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience ⭐ Experience working with first-party customer data ⭐ AI or marketing automation experience ⭐ Data privacy and compliance knowledge Ideal Backgrounds: • Audience Manager • Audience Specialist • Audience Strategist • CRM Marketing Specialist • Marketing Operations Specialist • Paid Media Specialist • Customer Data Specialist • Marketing Analytics Specialist • Campaign Operations Specialist • Marketing Technology Specialist • Digital Marketing Specialist 💡 This is not a traditional Data Analyst or Data Engineer role.
