Data Management Specialist

Position: Data Governance Analyst Location: Hybrid/Remote in Minneapolis MN Duration: 6-12 month contract with strong potential for extension/FTE direct hire conversion. Pay Range: $41-60/hr Depending on years and level of experience Qualifications • Proven experience with Informatica IDMC (required). • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to work independently and connect dots across domains. • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting. • Python/SQL for data profiling (not required, but a big plus). Our client is building a scalable data governance framework to support enterprise transformation and AI readiness. We’re seeking a hands-on Data Governance Analyst to partner with our governance lead and help operationalize governance across systems, starting with Salesforce. Responsibilities • Collaborate with data owners and stewards to identify and document critical data elements. • Configure and manage the Informatica IDMC tool to reflect governance inputs. • Generate and maintain data health dashboards and reports. • Consolidate findings into digestible summaries for internal stakeholders. • Support system-level governance rollout, starting with Salesforce.
