Data Management Support Analyst

Data Management Support Analyst (EDM) – 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 Edinburgh - Hybrid 3 days onsite We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Data Management (EDM) professional to join our clients Data Management Support Team on an initial 6‑month contract, providing hands‑on support and delivery across their critical investment data platforms. This role sits at the intersection of BAU support and change delivery. You’ll help stabilise the service, resolve incidents, deliver prioritised enhancements, assisting the permanent team to deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer. What you’ll be doing: • Providing production support across the EDM estate, including incident investigation and resolution • Analysing, building, testing and deploying agreed changes and enhancements • Supporting priority work across pricing, securities and entity data • Contributing to service resilience, documentation and improved ownership of key components • Working closely with technical and business stakeholders in a pragmatic, delivery‑focused way What we’re looking for: • Strong hands‑on experience supporting an EDM platform or similar market data environment • Good working knowledge of investment data domains (pricing, securities, entities, market data vendors) • Solid SQL and general database troubleshooting skills • Experience balancing BAU support with structured change delivery • Ability to work autonomously and document work clearly Desirable experience: • Oracle Forms development or support experience • Exposure to integrations, APIs or market data services (e.g. Rimes)
