πŸ“ Now Hiring: Data Manager (12+ Month Contract | Hybrid | Tucson, AZ) We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our client's Data Management teamβ€”a group of experts dedicated to advancing data lifecycle management across exploratory research, clinical development, and evidence generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that support the development of innovative medicines. πŸ”Ή Location & Schedule β€’ Tucson, AZ β€’ Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote πŸ”Ή What You’ll Do β€’ Lead and deliver end-to-end data management activities across multiple complex studies β€’ Design and execute fit-for-purpose data solutions aligned with F.A.I.R. principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) β€’ Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Data Management team members β€’ Oversee vendor partnerships (FSPs, CROs) and ensure high-quality data delivery β€’ Drive data quality, curation, and acquisition strategies across diverse data types (clinical, biomarker, genomics, etc.) β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to support analytics, research, and regulatory deliverables β€’ Contribute to innovation initiatives, new technologies, and evolving data standards πŸ”Ή What You Bring (Required) β€’ BS/MS in Life Sciences, Computer/Data Science, Bioinformatics, or equivalent experience β€’ Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and ICH-GCP regulations β€’ Proven project management and multi-priority handling skills β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities β€’ Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills β€’ Experience with data analytics/visualization tools β€’ Scientific curiosity with understanding of complex data types (e.g., clinical, RNA-seq, WGS) πŸ”Ή Nice to Have β€’ Experience leading clinical trial or real-world data (RWD) initiatives β€’ Programming skills: SAS, R, Python, SQL β€’ Experience with advanced analytics (AI/ML) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) β€’ Familiarity with SDTM, MedDRA, WHODrug β€’ Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Shiny) β€’ Background in healthcare (RN, PharmD, PA, etc.) πŸ”Ή Why This Role?
