Data Manager / Quality Quality Leader

📍 Now Hiring: Data Manager (12+ Month Contract | Hybrid | Tucson, AZ) We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our client's Data Management team—a group of experts dedicated to advancing data lifecycle management across exploratory research, clinical development, and evidence generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that support the development of innovative medicines. 🔹 Location & Schedule • Tucson, AZ • Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote 🔹 What You’ll Do • Lead and deliver end-to-end data management activities across multiple complex studies • Design and execute fit-for-purpose data solutions aligned with F.A.I.R. principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Data Management team members • Oversee vendor partnerships (FSPs, CROs) and ensure high-quality data delivery • Drive data quality, curation, and acquisition strategies across diverse data types (clinical, biomarker, genomics, etc.) • Collaborate cross-functionally to support analytics, research, and regulatory deliverables • Contribute to innovation initiatives, new technologies, and evolving data standards 🔹 What You Bring (Required) • BS/MS in Life Sciences, Computer/Data Science, Bioinformatics, or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and ICH-GCP regulations • Proven project management and multi-priority handling skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools • Scientific curiosity with understanding of complex data types (e.g., clinical, RNA-seq, WGS) 🔹 Nice to Have • Experience leading clinical trial or real-world data (RWD) initiatives • Programming skills: SAS, R, Python, SQL • Experience with advanced analytics (AI/ML) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) • Familiarity with SDTM, MedDRA, WHODrug • Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Shiny) • Background in healthcare (RN, PharmD, PA, etc.) 🔹 Why This Role?
