Role description
Meraki Talent have partnered with a Financial Services institute for the recruitment of a Data Mesh Onboarding Lead for an inside ir35 contract which will be for the next 6 months.
The role sits within their Product Solutions Function which focuses on the Data Mesh solution for Securities Services which includes the build, design, management, delivery, execution and governance of the core platform and also oversight and support.
This role is based in their Edinburgh site and will be a hybrid working set up of 3 days a week on site.
Experience
• Previous experience having worked within Financial Services.
• Experience conducting Data Analysis on a large scale.
• Migration experience is important as you will be migrating a portion of data storage onto the cloud.
• GCP experience is essential.
• Practical experience in enforcing Data Governance
• Good stakeholder management experience – Business and Tech focussed.
• ‘Data Mesh’ experience is not essential – Data Lake/Fabric also would work.
Please note this role is inside ir35 and will be through Umbrella.
