Data Migration Analyst (SAP) – Contract Location: Hybrid (US) Duration: Initial 3–4 Month Contract Start: September 2026 We're supporting a global consulting organization delivering a large-scale commercial transformation for a leading consumer products business. As part of the programme, we're looking for an experienced Data Migration Analyst to support the migration of commercial and pricing data from SAP into a new enterprise Trade Promotion & Pricing platform. Responsibilities • Analyse, cleanse and migrate master and transactional data from SAP into a new commercial platform. • Support the migration of pricing, trade promotion, rebate and customer-related data. • Validate migrated data, perform reconciliation activities and resolve data quality issues. • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams to ensure successful data migration. • Assist with data mapping, transformation logic and testing throughout the migration lifecycle. • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and support automation where appropriate. Required Experience • Strong experience delivering SAP data migration projects. • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. • Experience with SAP Pricing, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), rebates or commercial pricing processes. • Strong understanding of SAP master data and data validation techniques. • Experience with data analysis, reconciliation and migration testing. • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment. Desirable • Experience with Trade Promotion or Pricing solutions such as Flintfox or similar platforms. • Exposure to Snowflake, SQL or enterprise reporting solutions. • Previous experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beverage or Retail environments. • Knowledge of AI-driven data quality, validation or migration tooling.
