Hi , Our client is looking for long term project and below is the detailed requirement. Role: Data Migration Architect (Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud) Locations: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Architect to lead end-to-end data migration efforts for a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud transformation program. This role will own the full migration lifecycleβ€”from discovery and data profiling through transformation, validation, and production cutoverβ€”while ensuring high data quality, performance, and compliance. You will act as the primary technical authority for migration strategy, working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and program leadership to successfully deliver large-scale claims data migration in an AWS cloud environment. Mandatory Skills: β€’ 15 years of experience. β€’ Proven experience leading end-to-end data migration programs β€’ Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud migration (mandatory) β€’ Strong understanding of: β€’ Guidewire ClaimCenter data model (including financials) β€’ Historical and transactional data migration β€’ Public ID preservation strategies β€’ Expertise in AWS data services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR, RDS/Aurora) β€’ Strong ETL/ELT experience using PySpark and complex SQL β€’ Experience with data profiling, validation, and reconciliation frameworks β€’ Experience in migration testing, business validation, and cutover execution β€’ Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and Azure DevOps (ADO) Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) β€’ Automation of reconciliation and reporting dashboards β€’ Experience handling large-scale claims data volumes β€’ Exposure to AI tools to accelerate data migration processes Key Responsibilities: β€’ Own and drive the end-to-end data migration strategy for Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud implementations β€’ Lead data discovery, profiling, mapping, and transformation from legacy systems to Guidewire data model β€’ Define and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR) β€’ Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and audit readiness across all migration phases β€’ Design and execute mock migrations, dress rehearsals, and production cutover β€’ Optimize migration performance through parallelization, partitioning, and tuning strategies β€’ Provide expertise in Guidewire DMF/IDMF frameworks, GOSU loaders, and integration touchpoints β€’ Collaborate with business SMEs and functional teams to resolve data-related challenges β€’ Lead onshore/offshore teams, including design reviews, code reviews, and technical oversight β€’ Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and cloud architecture best practices
