Job Title: Data Modeller Duration: long-term contract Location: UK Based Hybrid (x2 days in a week to London) Rate: £475 Inside IR35 Role Summary: We are hiring a Data Modeller to design and deliver scalable data models supporting enterprise data products and analytics. You will work closely with business and technical teams to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and align with architecture and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with CJMs, Data Engineers, Architects, and SMEs to gather and define data requirements • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models (forward & reverse engineering) • Map source-to-target data with transformation rules (e.g., ISO standards, naming conventions) • Ensure alignment with enterprise data models, architecture, and governance • Generate DDL scripts and support physical model implementation • Review data models, ensuring integrity, performance, and reusability across data products Skills Required: • Strong data modelling experience (ER Studio preferred; Erwin/Sparx EA acceptable) • GCP BigQuery experience (essential) • Understanding of data transformation, data quality, and integration Nice to Have: • Exposure to BIAN / Open Banking / ISO models • Collibra knowledge
