Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Data Modeler/Data Architect to design and govern enterprise data models and data architecture supporting analytics, reporting, and advanced data initiatives. This role partners with business, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-quality, and well-governed healthcare data across clinical, provider, and payer domains. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms
β’ Translate business and analytical needs into scalable data architectures
β’ Support data warehouses, data marts, and cloud-native analytics platforms
β’ Establish and enforce data modeling standards, governance, and best practices
β’ Collaborate with analytics, data science, and engineering teams to enable reporting and AI/ML use cases
Requirements
β’ Experience in data modeling, data architecture, or data warehousing
β’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills
β’ Healthcare data experience preferred (e.g., clinical, provider, or payer data)
β’ Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability models (e.g., FHIR, OMOP, HL7)
β’ Experience with modern cloud data platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, or AWS)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
