Job: Senior Data Modeler
Location: Westlake TX, Merrimack NH, Jersey City NJ 2 weeks onsite in a month
Long term contract
Required/Must Haves:
• Strong Data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, 3nF, Dimensional) at both project and enterprise level
• Dimensional Modeling with experience in creating conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units.
• Data Modeling Tool such as Power designer, Oracle Designer or Erwin
• Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams
• Understanding principles and standard methodologies around Data Architecture
• Ability to write SQL to query data (ideally ANSI SQL).
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
• Strong Data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, 3nF, Dimensional) at both project and enterprise level
• Dimensional Modeling with experience in creating conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units.
• Data Modeling Tool such as Power designer, Oracle Designer or Erwin
• Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams
• Understanding principles and standard methodologies around Data Architecture
• Ability to write SQL to query data (ideally ANSI SQL)
• Experience designing semantic layers and data products to enable self-service analytics, consistent business definitions and trusted insights across domains.
• Ability to apply domain-driven design to create interoperable, reusable models that scale across the enterprise.
