Job Title: Anaplan Model Builder
Location: Central London/ Reading, UK - Hybrid: 2 Days to Office Every Week

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to design and deliver scalable, driver-based planning and forecasting solutions. This role focuses on building high-quality Anaplan models, enabling predictive analytics, and supporting data-driven decision-making across financial and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance Anaplan models using best practices for scalability, accuracy, and performance
• Build driver-based forecasting models and predictive analytics capabilities
• Design intuitive, user-friendly solutions that deliver business value
• Perform model testing, validation, and optimisation
• Integrate Anaplan with external data sources and systems
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into effective Anaplan solutions
• Support Agile sprint delivery cycles and ensure timely completion
• Create and maintain documentation, data flows, and model logic
• Present insights and model outputs to stakeholders to support decision-making
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of Anaplan model building experience (driver-based planning & forecasting)
• Strong data modelling and analytical skills (quantitative & qualitative)
• Experience delivering solutions in a cross-functional, Agile environment
• Ability to present analysis and design options to stakeholders
• Experience with data integration and transformation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• Anaplan Model Builder (L1–L3) certification
• Exposure to tools like Tableau, GCP, DBT, Atlan
