Job Description : The role is for a senior data modeler (reporting to the Lead Architect) responsible for driving transformation of the Custody Enterprise services platform ensuring these are performed in an optimal manner against key design and data principles delivering quality client experience. The key focus is on the Custody business whilst also aligning it to the larger organization to enable the adoption of key strategic platforms and data models ensuring the business is future ready. The successful candidate will : • Understand the vision, execution, measurement and outcomes of the product manager • Design and create data models using tooling for Custody domains within the bank, ensuring data is accurately represented, and model is optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers to understand and document data requirements, identify data gaps and propose solutions to address them. • Ensure compliance with bank data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, and maintain data models that are up-to-date and aligned with changing business needs. • Participate in data modeling POD and contribute to the delivery of data models within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Experience & Qualifications : • Strong knowledge of financial data modeling concepts, methodologies, and techniques, with a proven track record of successfully delivering data models in a large enterprise environment. • Experience with ERWIN and other data modeling tools is required. • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, and data integration concepts and technologies is a plus. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong governance regimes ensuring books of work is accounted for and appropriate controls and oversight are in place. and reporting • Preferred (not mandatory): • Domain knowledge of global custody/ asset servicing
