Client : TCS Role: Data Platform Support Engineer (L3 support) Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey – NEED LOCALS ONLY Duration: 6 Months Max CTC Rate: $60/hr || Max W2 Rate: $55/hr • Role Description • Provide L3 production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake | Databricks | PySpark pipelines | and TigerGraph, ensuring stability | performance | and SLA adherence • Key Responsibilities • L3 support for ADLS | Databricks | PySpark jobs | and TigerGraph platforms • Perform deep RCA for data failures | performance issues | and incidents • Troubleshoot batchstreaming pipelines | Databricks clusters | workflows | and graph queries • Resolve data latency | quality | and ingestion issues • Support production releases | hotfixes | and deployments • Guide L2 teams and maintain runbooks SOPs • Participate in oncall and shift-based support • Required Skills • Strong experience with ADLS Gen2 and Azure Databricks • Advanced PySpark debugging and performance tuning • Hands-on TigerGraph (GSQL | loaders | schema | query performance) • Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills • Experience with monitoring | logging | and ITSM tools • LinuxUnix and Git knowledge • Essential Skills: US ADLS | ADB | Pyspark | TigerGraph L3 Support
