Job title: 2 openings β€’ β€’ Data Privacy Analyst (Technology Focus) and (Business Focus) Job type: Contract Duration: 12+ month Role: As a Senior Privacy Analyst (Technology) you will get the opportunity to be part of a Data Privacy team that is expanding its services globally and addressing privacy requirements in multiple international locations. The Data Privacy team is part of the Information Technology Services organization and works with all business units. Responsibilities: -Fulfill data subject requests for guests, applicants and candidates, and employees. -Gather and maintain data for IT Asset inventory in sync with Data Processing Inventory -Assist with data mapping and document flow diagrams. -Assist with reviews associated with new technology and proof of concept projects, by creating documentation -Advise eComm and technology partners on cookie and consent practices -Support (as needed) the privacy inbox(s) and triaging of and response to inquiries, complaints, and request based on internal knowledge base. -Contribute as requested to reports, newsletters, and internal website content. -Customer focused Qualifications: -Experience in the data privacy industry, primarily focused on executing work that is strategically defined by the Principal Privacy Program Manager. -Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years experiences in the privacy field. -IAPP or ISACA certification. -Experience working with technology teams and implementing or configuring privacy program management solutions. -Strong interpersonal and organizational skills -Strong documentation management skills -Strong oral and written skills. -Interest in technology and process integration -Ability to self-organize, manage work, and track and maintain work in Azure DevOps, privacy program management solutions, and SharePoint. Responsibilities: -Engage with and gather data from business units to develop and maintain a data processing inventory. -Provide privacy threshold assessment recommendations to the Data Privacy Program Manager and Director. -Conduct data protection impact assessments and/or privacy impact assessments. -Develop training and awareness events with clear learning objectives and outcomes in partnership with the Data Privacy Program Manager and Learning Managers. -Perform contract and data processing agreement reviews and escalate risk to data privacy leadership consistent with SOP and knowledgebase. -Manage internal inquiries and requests and provide timely privacy advice for projects and various initiatives based on Data Privacy's knowledgebase. -Manage external inquiries and complaints, and fulfill data subject requests based on internal knowledge base. -Assist with implementing privacy practices associated with our privacy policies and standards. -Assist with developing and maintaining internal privacy communications, newsletters, reports and website content. Qualifications: -Experience in the data privacy industry, primarily focused on executing work that is strategically defined by the Data Privacy Program Manager. -Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years experiences in the privacy field. -IAPP or ISACA certification. -Experience working with legal counsel and implementing APAC privacy laws and regulations and EU GDPR. -Strong interpersonal and organizational skills -Strong oral and written skills. -Ability to self-organize, manage work, and track and maintain work in Azure DevOps, privacy program management solutions, and SharePoint.
