• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or program manager support role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and tracking deliverables across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Support preparation for an upcoming FTC audit focused on data privacy rights and regulatory compliance.
• Review documentation, reports, and Jira tickets to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Identify gaps in processes or documentation and flag items for further review by the Sr. Project Manager.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, each with its own Excel tracker, Jira tickets, and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct detailed follow-up across various partner groups (Legal, HR, IT, Compliance) to ensure tasks are completed and documented.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all audit-related materials are up to date.
• Raise concerns or inconsistencies in a professional and constructive manner.
• Influence progress by keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable.
• Ensure compliance with the FTC order and internal privacy protocols.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Background in privacy or regulatory compliance

This temporary role is critical to ensuring audit readiness and continuity while a key team member is on leave. The consultant will manage multiple privacy-related projects, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure documentation and compliance efforts are thorough and audit-ready.
The audit is being conducted by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and focuses on data privacy rights under a formal FTC Order. The consultant will play a key role in reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and ensuring that all requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
