Data Privacy Analyst (Seattle, WA)
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend year over year)
Pay: Depends on Experience (W2)
Hybrid in Seattle (1 day onsite, rest of the week remote)

As a Tech Focused Data Privacy Analyst you will get the opportunity to be part of our client's Data Privacy team that is expanding its services globally and addressing privacy requirements in multiple international locations. The Data Privacy team is part of the Information Technology Services organization and works with all business units. These values are part of the privacy practices, which you will be integral to implementing and maintaining across the organization. Our client is looking for folks that are customer service oriented and collaborative.
This is a high impact, visible role during a period of strategic international growth for our client. There are substantial opportunities for learning, professional growth, and networking in this position.
Day in The Life:
β’ Fulfill data subject requests for guests, applicants and candidates, and employees.
β’ Gather and maintain data for IT Asset inventory in sync with Data Processing Inventory
β’ Assist with data mapping and document flow diagrams.
β’ Assist with reviews associated with new technology and proof of concept projects, by creating documentation
β’ Advise cross-functional partners on cookie and consent practices
β’ Support (as needed) the privacy inbox(s) and triaging of and response to inquiries, complaints, and request based on internal knowledge base.
β’ Contribute as requested to reports, newsletters, and internal website content.
Who You Are:
β’ Executionary experience in the data privacy industry
β’ IAPP or ISACA certification.
β’ Experience working with technology teams and implementing or configuring privacy program management solutions.
β’ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
β’ Strong documentation management skills
β’ Strong oral and written skills.
β’ Interest in technology and process integration
β’ Ability to self-organize, manage work, and track and maintain work in Azure DevOps, privacy program management solutions, and SharePoint
