Join our fast-paced Privacy Operations team where you’ll play a vital role in managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs), improving data processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Legal, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage global DSR (Data Subject Rights) requests in compliance with regulations like GDPR & CCPA • Analyze and optimize privacy-related processes; collaborate with Engineering to drive system improvements • Oversee vendor onboarding and management, ensuring compliance and process integrity • Actively monitor data management tools and track open defects, collaborating for resolution • Deliver accurate metric reporting and handle escalations professionally • Serve as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams to streamline privacy workflows • Contribute to business requirement documentation and work closely with engineering teams Required Experience & Skills: • 5+ years of relevant privacy operations or business systems analysis experience • Strong understanding of data privacy laws, DSR processes, and vendor risk management • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, GSuite, and Slack • Excellent communication skills — able to interface with VPs, Legal, and Engineering teams • Comfortable with metrics reporting, data analysis, and compliance-driven environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • • Apply right away for consideration • • Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
