Data Privacy Business Analyst
Fully Remote - Civil Service Contract - 2 months starting mid Jan
Are you passionate about data privacy and information management? Weβre looking for a Data Privacy Business Analyst to join a high-impact project with DSIT. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple government departments and help shape best practices in data governance.
What Youβll Do
β’ Engage and influence busy stakeholders unfamiliar with Information Asset Registers (IARs).
β’ Coordinate input and delivery across multiple departments.
β’ Communicate the role of Information Asset Owners (IAOs) and the value of maintaining an IAR.
β’ Manage your own timelines, report progress, and escalate blockers effectively.
β’ Collect, collate, and document metadata for hundreds of information assets with precision.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence at all levels.
β’ Communication & Influence: Skilled at explaining complex concepts and driving action.
β’ Organizational Skills: Strong self-management and project coordination.
β’ Attention to Detail: Accurate data recording across large volumes of information.
β’ Data/Information Management Knowledge: Experience in similar projects is a plus.
β’ Civil Service Familiarity: Comfortable working in dynamic policy environments.
