Job Description: DevSecOps Engineer Duration of assignment: 6 Months FTE or Subcon: Sub con Duration of assignment: 6 monthscan be extended based on performance of the candidate after 6 months Work Location: Europe region, Spain preferred (Please note if candidate is from Newbury, UK than candidates needs to go in client office) Remote or Hybrid: Remote Location: In-office in Newbury, UK or remote from other European regions (Spain preferred) Role Overview We are seeking a DSO Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on enabling scalable deployments, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions through Helm charts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, GitOps practices, and modern DevOps tooling, with a strong foundation in Python and deployment orchestration. Key Responsibilities • Design, create, and maintain Helm charts for third-party applications. • Manage and optimize lab deployments for testing and validation. • Oversee and improve CI/CD pipeline management, ensuring reliable and repeatable delivery. • Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for automated deployments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability. • Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline deployment and operational processes. Must-Have Skills • Strong experience with Helm (chart creation and management). • Hands-on expertise with GitOps practices and ArgoCD. • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. • Solid background in deployment automation. • Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Nice-to-Have Skills • Familiarity with GenAI OSS services (open-source generative AI frameworks). • Understanding of GenAI topologies and deployment models. • Experience with Bamboo CI/CD. • Practical knowledge of using GenAI in software development workflows
