Role description
We are seeking multiple contract Data & Process Automation Analysts to support operational automation, reconciliation, data management, and process improvement initiatives within a financial services environment. This role is ideal for a technology-minded problem solver who enjoys streamlining manual workflows, improving reporting processes, and leveraging automation to drive operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
• Support automation, reconciliation, and operational improvement initiatives across investment or finance-related teams
• Build and enhance reporting tools, Excel automations, macros, and data workflows
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to improve reporting, reconciliation, and operational processes
• Analyze manual workflows and implement scalable, process-driven solutions
• Partner with business users to identify inefficiencies and improve data management and reporting accuracy
• Support reconciliation, operational reporting, and data platform implementation efforts
Qualifications
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, automation, macros, and data manipulation
• Experience with SQL and Power BI; exposure to Python or automation tools preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset
• Ability to bridge business operations and technology solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Accounting, finance, financial services, reconciliation, or operational support experience strongly preferred
• Candidates with prior accounting or financial experience are highly preferred
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to work independently
