As a Data and Process Enablement Analyst, you’ll work closely with business users to streamline operations, improve data management, and build digital tools that make work easier and smarter. You’ll be part of a supportive team, with opportunities to grow your skills in Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Collaborate with business users across Keith Prowse to identify opportunities for process improvement and smarter decision-making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to combine data from multiple systems for analysis and reporting.
• Support data migration requirements as part of critical business projects.
• Develop Power Platform solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to deliver actionable insights.
• Promote data quality and compliance by implementing monitoring tools and recommending process improvements.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation including process diagrams, guides, and support materials.
• Ensure accessibility and data protection compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA, GDPR, DPA, PECR).
• Communicate technical updates and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
You’ve invested time in learning/interested in learning Microsoft technologies and one or more certifications such as:
• Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)
• Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700)
Hands-on experience with:
• Power Platform - building Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and managing data with Dataverse.
• Power BI - creating dashboards and visualising complex data sets.
• Microsoft 365 & SharePoint - building integrated, user-friendly digital solutions.
• CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Python – for data manipulation, automation, or integration tasks.
• SQL – for querying, transforming, and managing data across systems.
• Comfortable gathering user requirements and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a strong service ethic.
• Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and continuous improvement.
