Overview - Data Product Owner – Data & BI We’re looking for a Data Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global data and business intelligence (BI) products. You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and business leaders to define priorities, manage delivery, and ensure our data solutions create measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, strategic role that bridges business and technology — ideal for someone who understands data deeply but thrives on driving outcomes through collaboration and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Data Product Owner – Data & BI • Own and manage the data product roadmap and backlog, aligning data priorities with business goals. • Lead data migration and integration initiatives across global cloud data platforms. • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and data models. • Partner with data engineering and BI teams to deliver high-quality data products and dashboards. • Define and manage source-to-target mappings for data integration projects. • Validate solutions to ensure they meet functional, performance, and quality requirements. • Act as the bridge between technical and business teams — driving communication, alignment, and delivery. • Promote a data-driven culture by improving accessibility, usability, and trust in enterprise data assets. Requirements - Data Product Owner – Data & BI • 5–7 years of experience in data-focused delivery, ideally as a Data Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or BI Lead. • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI). • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Experience delivering data integration and data migration projects end-to-end. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate between business needs and technical solutions. • Proven ability to drive engagement, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in an agile environment. • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data quality, structure, and accessibility.
