Key Responsibilities As a Data Protection Analyst (SARs) at Rendall & Rittner, you will assist with the preparation responses to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). Your responsibilities will include: • Process data subject access requests (DSARs) in line with the UK GDPR: • Ensure all new requests are logged on register • Ensure all new requests are notified to IT team, who will collate the data • Review documentation to consider any required redactions or exemptions to disclosure • Use software to prepare documentation for disclosure, applying redactions and exemptions to the data • Maintain log of redactions and exemptions • Finalise response pack for issue to data subject Key Requirements • Safety: Proactively maintains a safe work environment by identifying risks, following procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture for employees, clients, contractors, and the public. • Professionalism: Plans, organises, and delivers work in a structured and reliable manner, preventing issues and maintaining high professional standards. • Integrity: Acts ethically and transparently, influencing others to achieve fair outcomes while adhering to procedures and escalating concerns when required. • Respect: Treats others fairly and with empathy, demonstrating cultural awareness and fostering inclusive, positive working relationships. • Innovation: Seeks continuous improvement, adapts to change, raises performance standards, and shows determination to overcome obstacles and achieve results. • Teamwork: Collaborates effectively, shares information openly, and supports colleagues to achieve shared organisational goals.
