Role description
Our client, a leading Infrastructure & Cloud Professional Services organization, is in need of 3 Data Protection Engineers for initial 12 month remote contracts. The Data Protection Engineers will be expected to be willing and able to travel domestically up to 75% of the time with International travel expectations after the initial 12 months. The Data Protection Engineers will be supporting an enterprise DoD project where they will be primarily responsible for backing up VMware and physical Windows and Linux Hosts with Cohesity.
Required Skills
β’ Must be a US citizen able to pass a government background check.
β’ At least 5 years of experience supporting Cohesity Installs.
β’ Prior experience backing up VMware, Physical Windows and Linux Hosts with Cohesity.
β’ Troubleshooting and configuration experience with Cohesity, however, customer will also look at folks with Troubleshooting and configuration experience with Veeam, Rubrik and / or Commvault.
β’ Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 75% of the time for the first year with International travel expectations if extended.

β’ Any level of Cohesity, Veeam, Rubrik and / or Commvault certification.
