Primary Responsibilities:
Own the development and maintenance of production and ad-hoc operational reports
Partner with Business to support changes/enhancements to meet evolving business needs
Present analysis and interpretation for operational, product, and customer review and planning
Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics
Interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership
Develop data verification, quality methods and standard systems procedures that will be used to support Business Intelligence Platforms
Develop automation, publication and maintenance of data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools including Power BI

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working with relational databases and database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata)
2+ years of experience report development in business intelligence/visualization software (preferably Power BI)
Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data modeling using Healthcare data best practices, database configuration, and reference data management
Experience with cloud databases, such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
Experience with DAX calculations
Experience with Agile project management and CA Rally tools
Experience with data manipulation software (such as Alteryx)
Fluent in SQL/formula programming including query optimization for data platforms
Proven ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
