Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship now or in the future C2C/3rd parties not accepted Location: East Coast Remote (EST preferred; CST considered) Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire We’re seeking a Data Quality Advisor to lead a team of data stewards, ensure CRM data integrity, and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. This role blends team leadership, client consulting, and analytics oversight, with opportunities to support predictive analytics and AI initiatives. Responsibilities: • Lead and guide 30+ offshore data stewards. • Define and enforce data quality standards and governance policies. • Partner with clients through workshops and briefings to ensure data needs are met. • Support predictive analytics and AI-driven workflows to improve data quality. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and reporting that inform business decisions. Required Skills: • 7–10 years in data quality, governance, or professional services analytics. • Experience managing or guiding distributed teams. • Strong SQL skills; Python/R and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) preferred. • Comfortable in client-facing consulting roles. • CRM experience preferred; regulated or SaaS environments a plus.
