Data Quality Annotator Assignment Type: Contract Contract Duration: December 2025 – November 2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Location: 100% Remote Pay Rate: $26.12/hour Overview: A leading global technology and media organization is seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Quality Annotator to support their growing Data Quality team. This team is responsible for developing and refining high-quality datasets at scale to enhance machine learning and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will perform in-house annotation tasks, support quality assurance of outsourced projects, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all data deliverables. Responsibilities: • Annotate, categorize, and validate data (text and image-based) following specific project guidelines and quality standards. • Conduct quality assurance reviews on externally produced annotations, scoring accuracy and providing actionable feedback. • Perform annotation tasks such as classification, segmentation, bounding boxes, and subjective evaluation of visual assets. • Maintain precision and efficiency when completing repetitive data labeling tasks. • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and quality issues in datasets and communicate findings to the team. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting quality and timeline expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic, Italian, or Dutch (reading, writing, and speaking). • Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Expert-level proficiency in macOS, iOS, and iPadOS applications, including Numbers, Keynote, and Pages. • Experience working with macOS 10.14 or higher. • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive yet precision-driven tasks. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years of professional experience in data annotation, quality assurance, or a similar analytical role. • Previous experience in media, entertainment, or technical industries preferred. • Experience with Photoshop or image-editing software is a plus.
