Data Quality Automation

Senior Analyst – Data Quality and Automation (Material Master). Location: New Brunswick, NJ Highly preferred or East Coast. Key Responsibilities • Data Quality Operations: Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality across systems. • Identify, investigate, to data discrepancies and root causes; advance challenges and support resolution. • Automation Support in building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data. • Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators; identifying trends and improvements • Cross-Organization Engagement: Partner with different functions and organizations within Supply chain to understand data needs and drive corrective actions. • Documentation: Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations. Required Qualifications • Minimum eight years of significant professional experience • Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics. • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL). • Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, BOM, inventory). • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools. • Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools. • Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification. Preferred Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving outlook for continuous improvement and operational performance. • Shown ability in communications and partnership across teams
