Data Quality Specialist

Must be local to OKC to be considered No 3rd parties/C2C allowed Position Overview This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across multiple systems while working directly with courts and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance independent work with team collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Validate, verify, and maintain accuracy of data across systems. • Communicate with courts and external partners to resolve data discrepancies. • Perform data entry and reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy. • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid, fast-paced environment. • Document processes and updates clearly and accurately. • Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Kanban environment. • Provide professional customer service and proactive problem-solving. Required Qualifications • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expertise in Microsoft Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Self-starter with a willingness to be coached. • Basic technical knowledge. Preferred: • Experience in data quality, data entry, or customer service. • Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
