Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Data Quality Specialist (CDQ Informatica) with expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) to design, implement, and maintain robust data quality processes. In this role, the Data Quality Specialist will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data critical to our operations, supporting initiatives across advanced analytics, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency-particularly in electric utility data environments. Responsibilities:
β’ Design and implement data quality rules, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks using Informatica CDQ
β’ Conduct data profiling to identify data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing values across source systems (e.g., AMI, DER, grid operational data)
β’ Work closely with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data quality standards and requirements
β’ Collaborate with data stewards to document business rules and ensure data quality aligns with governance policies
β’ Monitor and report on data quality metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
β’ Support root cause analysis and remediation efforts to correct data quality issues at source systems and upstream processes
β’ Optimize and maintain Informatica CDQ workflows to improve performance and scalability
β’ Support data integration and cleansing initiatives across multiple platforms, including cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure)
β’ Provide technical guidance and best practices for leveraging Informatica CDQ features effectively
β’ Document technical processes, rule definitions, and data quality procedures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
