Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented LLM Data Quality and Tooling Specialist to support the training of LLMs through high-quality data validation and lightweight tooling. Key
Responsibilities:
Quality-check (QC) diverse generated samples, including simple Q&A pairs, rubric-based datasets, evaluations, and agentic data, across both STEM and humanities domains.
β’ Create clear and practical guidelines to help internal teams QC their own samples effectively.
β’ Perform hands-on QC work and design/develop simple Python-based tools (primarily using Google Colab) to help internal domain experts efficiently review and validate samples.
β’ Bring strong analytical skills, clear and professional communication, and the ability to translate QC requirements into practical, easy-to-use workflows and utilities.

Offer Details:
