DATA ANALYST (AI) Innovien Solutions is currently hiring for a Data Analyst to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Aerospace industry that will be working as a consultant onsite in Cincinnati, OH. This Analyst will be supporting the Turbine Airfoils & Additive Manufacturing Sites within our clients Aerospace sector, which produces high-pressure turbines blades for commercial aircrafts. Therefore, as this business unit continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to partner with analysts, engineers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to modernize and rebuild legacy data pipelines. DATA ANALYST (AI) REQUIRMENTS: • 5+ years’ experience as a data analyst in a manufacturing or industrial setting • Hands-on experience with Spotfire for creating, maintaining, and enhancing interactive dashboards and visual analytics • Strong experience with PL/SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformations • Experience working with AWS Redshift as a cloud-based data warehouse • Solid understanding of basic statistics and the ability to apply statistical concepts to real-world business problems (i.e. trend analysis, distributions, variance) • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions PLUS SKILLS: • Exposure to other data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS Quicksight) DATA ANALYST (AI) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support and enhance the existing suite of Spotfire reports used within the Turbine Airfoils business unit, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business goals • Modernize and streamline outdated Spotfire dashboards by rebuilding, consolidating, or retiring legacy reports where appropriate • Develop new Spotfire visualizations and dashboards in response to evolving business needs and stakeholder requests • Provide consultative support and training to end users on leveraging Spotfire reports effectively, including guidance for self-service reporting • Collaborate closely with internal customers to gather, clarify, and refine reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards • Migrate and convert existing Excel-based pipelines, including formulas and VBA macros, into a standardized, scalable analytics tech stack • Stay up to date with business intelligence trends and expand expertise in emerging tools, such as AWS QuickSight, as company standards evolve
