Data Reporting Analyst

Data Reporting Assistant- Quality Control Education/ Testing $20.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE) Contract through August 2026 Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Columbus, Ohio (onsite) • Must be local to Columbus Ohio Classes starting in March 2026! Why You’ll Love This Job: • Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, no nights or weekends • Great resume builder; no interview; company is selecting from resumes! • Opportunity to work for a great non-profit that provides award winning education technology and supplemental PreK-12 solutions • This company serves 95% of U.S. School Districts and has helped over 29 million students! • Pay: $20-23/hour for recent college graduates; $25-30/hour for individuals with 3-5 years of this experience and/or Master’s Degrees What You’ll Do: • Conducts rigorous quality assurance checks on systems data integration for all online reports across multiple clients • Analyze assessment result samples against the reporting specifications to ensure that the configuration has been done, as per the rules documented in the specification document • Review assessment results are accurate and do not contain any error • Document quality assurance results by entering information into Jira, recording detailed issues found • Communicate with management and other team members when issues are discovered, and offer possible solutions to help correct any possible errors on the reports • Assess quality assurance strategies periodically to determine best practices and improvements that could be more efficient and could lead to fewer issues on reporting • Create User Acceptance Testing document that defines the various test cases that the client can use to conduct testing on the site What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Educational Measurement, or a related field required. Master’s degree in Business Management or Public Administration a plus • Proven ability to understand technical concepts, including data relationships and software configuration • Experience with programming, data analysis, or data reporting in any industry is desired • Experience working with online systems is desired • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel • This position is 100% onsite, reliable transportation and timeliness is a MUST! • A meticulous attention to detail • Effective problem-solving skills Apply Today!
