Role description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior BI Lead / Power BI Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in Life Sciences clinical manufacturing and GMP environments to support a Deloitte‑led modernization program by designing and delivering enterprise‑grade reporting solutions. This role requires advanced mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, semantic modeling, SQL, RLS, administration) and hands‑on experience with clinical manufacturing data sources such as PI Historian, LIMS, MES, and real‑time production systems. The consultant will architect and optimize Direct Lake semantic models in Microsoft Fabric, configure secure workspaces and One Lake shortcuts to AWS S3 across Bronze/Silver/Gold zones, and develop high‑value operational dashboards—including a Batch Review Dashboard integrating MES and LIMS data—while establishing reporting standards, templates, and GMP‑aligned governance. The ideal candidate brings 6–9+ years of advanced Power BI delivery experience and proven functional exposure to regulated clinical manufacturing, ensuring all analytics solutions meet both business needs and compliance requirements.

Configure and establish the LMF Fabric workspace with appropriate security controls for Red CCI data
Set up One Lake shortcuts to AWS S3 buckets containing LMF data (Bronze/Silver/Gold zones)
Design and build semantic models (datasets) using Direct Lake mode for optimal performance
Develop initial Batch Review Dashboard integrating MES and LIMS data
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) aligned with Red CCI access requirements
Establish report development standards and templates for LMFPrior functional exposure to Clinical Manufacturing environments and strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
