Are you passionate about using data to solve problems and bring clarity to complex situations? We're looking for a technically capable and curious individual who enjoys transforming data into insight and enabling better decisions. As a valued contributor within our Operational Reporting & Insights team, you'll help design and deliver reporting solutions that support improved colleague experiences and smarter ways of working.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, is eager to build scalable solutions, and is motivated by learning and contributing to meaningful transformation. You'll play a key role in supporting the team's technical delivery and helping to embed data-led thinking across Colleague Success.
In Colleague Success, we are enthusiastic about making every day easier for colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group.
Within Operational Reporting & Insights, we play a critical role in enabling that mission, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and more efficient processes. You'll be a key technical contributor to the team, bringing expertise in data tools, automation, and visualisation to deliver high quality outputs that enable others to act with confidence.
The role will be varied, no two days will be the same, and you'll be concurrently supporting multiple data projects across a range of responsibilities including:
β’ Reporting Development: Build and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (Power Query) to deliver accurate and user-friendly dashboards.
β’ Product Led Delivery: Contribute to applying product-led thinking to reporting and insights initiatives by supporting user-centric and iterative development processes.

β’ Data Governance & Quality: Promote good data practices by supporting data quality, governance, and ethical use in line with regulatory standards.
β’ Support Delivery: Contribute to data initiatives with urgency and efficiency, supporting multiple projects and helping prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
β’ Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Group People Operations, Colleague Success Teams and wider People & Places stakeholders to understand data needs and assist in delivering appropriate solutions.
β’ Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and analytics capabilities, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Key Skills Required:

β’ Experience in automating reporting processes and improving data quality and integrity
Platform & Product Knowledge:
β’ Exposure to ServiceNow and Workday reporting tools, with a desire to build knowledge of their capabilities.
β’ Understanding of product-led approaches and a willingness to contribute to user-centric, iterative solutions.
Insight & Communication:
β’ Experience in translating data into clear insights and visualisations with support from senior team members.
β’ Ability to tailor outputs for different audiences, ensuring clarity, relevance, and impact
Data Governance, Standards & Controls:
β’ Good understanding of data governance principles and a commitment to learning how to apply standards and controls.
