Role description
Title: Data Integration & Reporting Specialist (Power BI Expert)
Location: Hybrid || Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to streamline reporting and improve visibility into financial and operational metric
• Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
• Integrate data from various sources including ERP systems, databases, and flat files
• Work closely with Group IT to ensure timely access and integration of relevant data sources
• Drive process improvements to help Finance teams become more self-sufficient in reporting and analytics
• Prioritize and manage a heavy reporting backlog in a fast-paced environment
Must-Have Skills
• Proven Power BI development experience (data modeling, DAX, visualization)
• Strong SQL and data integration experience (APIs, database connections, flat file sources)
• Experience with ETL tools and data transformation
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience working with SAP, Fiori, or other ERP platforms
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Power Query, or other Microsoft BI stack components
