About the Role
This role supports clientβs Business Transparency Reporting function. The position provides exposure to multiple business processes, systems, data workflows, and cross-functional communication.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Identify, extract, and research invoices and supporting documentation; collaborate with stakeholders to validate transaction details and purposes.
β’ Remediate, cleanse, and format data for upload to the Transparency data-processing and reporting tool.
β’ Perform high-volume data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
β’ Support additional processes approved by Corporate Business Transparency.
β’ Identify and prioritize gaps in business processes, data controls, or systems and provide recommendations to the Business Transparency team.
β’ Execute operational tasks, including managing third-party vendor spend and coordinating cross-functional sub-certification activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
β’ Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree
β’ 2 years of relevant data analysis experience in lieu of degree.
β’ Comfort working with data and performing data mining; ability to work with various file types (flat files, system downloads, etc.).
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated with urgency and accountability.
β’ High attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
β’ Experience with Microsoft Office.
β’ Basic Excel proficiency (data entry, simple formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting).
β’ Preferred Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, PivotTables).
β’ Team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
β’ Compliance mindset: ability to build partnerships and communicate with stakeholders across the business.
β’ Experience with SAP Release 4.0 or above.
