Role Overview
We are hiring a Data & Revenue Systems Lead to manage and scale the data infrastructure supporting a real estate sustainability-focused sales organization.
The core data and Salesforce systems are already in place; this role will extend, optimize, and maintain the existing data and sales systems architecture, with responsibility for continuous improvement as the platform scales.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines for real estate and building-level data
• Enhance web-based data collection tools (scraping, scanning, crawling) used to identify new sales opportunities
• Clean, validate, and standardize datasets for sales and reporting use
• Own database structure and management, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Integrate and maintain data workflows within Salesforce, including lead flow, automation, and reporting
• Apply AI-driven tools and agents to automate research, data validation, and qualification processes
Qualifications
• Experience with data pipelines, structured databases, and automated ingestion
• Strong background in web data collection techniques
• Hands-on experience with data cleaning, normalization, and QA
• Salesforce administration and integration experience
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation in a business or sales context
• Bonus: experience with real estate, energy, or sustainability data
Compensation & Structure
• $125,000 annual contract
• 25% on-target performance bonus tied to company revenue and individual KPIs
• Equity potential
