Title: Commercial Enablement Sr. Data Science Analyst β Power BI Developer & Data Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 months Contract to Direct Hire
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Science Analyst / Power BI Developer & Data Engineer to support Commercial Enablement and Sales Analytics in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on building scalable data pipelines, advanced Power BI dashboards, and business-critical analytics that drive growth, productivity, and profitability.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to transform complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights used for real business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models
Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines from raw ingestion to curated analytics datasets
Integrate and optimize data from Palantir Foundry, Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Clouds), and operational systems
Enhance and optimize Foundry datasets, objects, and transformations for scalable, high-performance reporting
Build and maintain advanced Excel models, scorecards, and KPI reports using complex formulas and automation
Apply statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Implement data quality checks, validation rules, monitoring, and documentation
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, executive-ready dashboards
Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to evolve pipelines and data models
Optimize data models and reports for performance, scalability, and usability
Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, BI, or data science roles
Strong hands-on experience with:
Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, performance optimization)
Excel (advanced analysis, automation, KPI reporting)
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Strong analytical, statistical, and data modeling skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Nice to Have / Highly Desired
Palantir Foundry experience (data products, ontology, pipelines, transformations)
Experience integrating Salesforce and operational/shipment data
Background supporting Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain analytics
Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
