Data Science Engineer – Agentic AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Engineer – Agentic AI with strong expertise in building scalable AI/ML systems and modern Agentic AI architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with A2A frameworks, MCP Protocol, vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and cloud-native Azure solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML engineering, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills • 8+ years of overall IT experience in AI/ML Engineering and Data Science • Hands-on expertise with Agentic Layer A2A Frameworks and MCP Protocol • Strong experience in AI/ML Engineering, including: • Vector Embeddings • Prompt Engineering • Context Engineering • Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: • Python • Java • Go • Experience deploying scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure Cloud Cloud & Database Expertise • Strong experience with: • Azure AI Search • Redis • Cosmos DB • Nice-to-have experience with: • Blob Storage • Apache Iceberg • Expertise in designing and managing: • Azure Functions • Azure Container Apps • Strong understanding of: • Cloud-native architecture • Scalability • Performance optimization Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare domain experience is a plus • Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities • Experience working in enterprise-scale AI environments ABOUT BRICKRED SYSTEMS BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
